Neighborhood

This established neighborhood in Cuervito was created several years ago. The idea was to provide a close-knit community that could be gated where everyone looks out for one another, it works! Cuervito is surrounded by diverse wildlife in the lush rainforest nearby. Wildlife is rich, abundant, and diverse.

You can expect to see Toucans, monkeys, Scarlett McCaws, sloths and so much more. This is a green area in which everything grows. Everyone has gardens along with fruit trees throughout their properties.

Just down the hill, you have Pilon & Pavones, a small community located along the southern Pacific Coast with some of the best waves in the world. Surrounded by jungle and home to multiple world-class surf breaks.  The deep jungle meets the coast with an incredible lush tropical landscape.

Pavones isn’t just another Costa Rica surfer town – this region is home to some of the best, longest waves in the world.
