Neighborhood

La Saladita beach is located about 5 km off Highway 200 in the small village of Los Llanos, 40 km. north of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. Surfers & vacationers will find many restaurants where all dishes are prepared with the finest fresh seafood. There are plenty of places to rent surfboards. The accommodations include campsites, rustic bungalows, and a small hotel.

The truth about La Saladita is a beach that offers something interesting for all visitors, no matter the age. For example, it is an excellent place to surf, but also perfect to practice swimming in waters that are safe and calm. You can also take romantic walks along the coast and take pictures of the natural environment that characterizes this magnificent beach of Guerrero.

The International Airport is only 15 minutes from downtown Zihuatanejo and 10 from Ixtapa. It is possible to find direct flights from some cities in Canada and the United States, especially during the tourist season between December and April.
