This is a unique opportunity to invest in one of the final surf frontiers in Indonesia. There are  6 ha of beachfront property in the “Banyaks” and all permits in place required for opening and running an eco surf resort on the location. This is a very unique opportunity, as there are no land based businesses with proper permits in the Bay of Plenty.

Where?

The location is in the southern most part of the island group called Pulau Banyak (Pulau = Island. Banyak = Many. Many Islands). This island group is situated off of Sumatra, Indonesia. North of Nias and south of Simeulue.

The location is in the bay called Teluk Ujung Lolok (Ujung Lolok Bay) but has been named by surfers as Banyaks or Bay of Plenty. Bay of Plenty as there are a number of world class waves in the bay and close by the bay. 30 minutes speed boat away there are more world class waves on an island called Bengkuru. It is named Indonesians Treasure Island as it is a big uninhabited, mountainous rainforest island.

The Indonesian legislation states that these areas are protected so only eco resorts are allowed, which is what we have planned. After working hard for over a year to get permits to be allowed to build an eco resort on this land we are now looking for investors who are interested in eco surf resorts.
