Finca Rio Coto is 28.45 hectares which is equal to 70.3 acres. There are two access points to the property. One is the Rio Coto and the other is a small public road off the main highway. This is a completely self-sustainable property full of natural resources including sweet spring water.
The palms are 8 years old and are in their second year of harvest. The palms will produce for about 25 years. The current years’ harvest is expected to yield approximately 20 tons. At maturity, the new owner can expect up to 45 tons of harvest.
On the property is a private rock quarry that has been utilized for the nice, stable roads and various other projects. There is also construction grade Guadua Bamboo onsite. There are variety of mango, citrus, ginger, cacao, etc.. Due to the size of the Finca and its proximity to water, additional orchards such as avacado, grapefruit, limes and so much more can also be planted.
Currently, there are no fully built structures on site. There is a foundation for a small house. The use of the land is only limited to your imagination.
