During the recent remodel the home was completely gutted and redone. A couple of items included were new floors and a new roof. The roof includes 4″ block foam insulation & cement tiles that will never rot, and come with a 20-year guarantee.

You will find two day-beds that convert into twin beds when needed. with two spacious beachfront porches, one king-size bed, 1 full-size bathroom, 1 half bath, washing machine, smart TV with HDMI hookup, WiFi, hot water, full kitchen, all this A/C throughout!

Double Lot

This property features a second lot making the entire property 70 meters wide. Plenty of room to add a villa or two. There is a river lot across the road available as well. There is no property like this in all of Zancudo!

Playa Zancudo is an isolated peninsula with beautiful beaches. It is located on the southwestern coast of Costa Rica. It is perfect for those looking to really get away from it all. The peninsula of Playa Zancudo is surrounded by water with the Pacific at its front door and the Rio Coto behind it. The fishing in this area is off the hook. It is a very convenient destination with the Golfito airport servicing local airlines and private jets a 15-minute boat ride away.
