This property is in the Cuervito mountains in the area of Pavones, Costa Rica and features an ocean view of the Golfo Dulce and playa Pilon. The property is 14,005 sq meters (3.46 acres) and has a flat area with an ocean view ready to build on. Electricity runs through the front of the property and the area depends on wells for clean drinking water.

There are already nice homes on this road but its still a quiet and tranquil area with an abundant amount of wildlife. In this area you can easily spot wildlife such as Jaguarundis, Sloths, Scarlett Macaws, Toucans and Aracari’s.

You can drive down the mountain to the beach in 10 minutes where the humpback wales come in to give birth. Not only are these beaches full of wildlife but they also have some of the best waves for surfing in all of Costa Rica. Pilon Point just 10 minutes away is one of the favorite surf spots for the locals. Pavones Point and its legendary left hand wave, the second longest wave know in the world and unlike the worlds longest wave, Pavones Point has warm water all year around.
