Neighborhood

The small community of Palo Also consists of about 40 lots with only 9 houses built thus far. It is a private gate community with its own epic A-Frame break right in front. The residents primarily come down for a few weeks here and there to surf, but everybody keeps an eye on each other.

Palo Alto is only 60 minutes from the airport of Zihuatanejo / Ixtapa and the improved road is a dream drive to the small town where you go on a finely maintained dirt road to the gated entry to Palo Alto.
