The Beach At Pilon / Salea

The beach at Pilon offers two separate surf breaks one for intermediate to advanced surfers and another spot for all surfers and paddle boarders with a softer mushier wave that can still get big with a proper swell. Pavones Point is only 15 minutes away if you want to surf the legend but Pilon rivals it in quality! The area also has more mellow beaches as well like Langostino and Zancudo which offer a more calm ocean experience if surfing is not your thing. We do have a secret spot in the area!

The Golfo Dulce is known for its big game fishing as well as the surf on its beaches. The gulf is protected from commercial fishing so there is an abundant amount of giant tuna, red snappers, dorado (mahi-mahi) marlin, and even sailfish.

Your eyes will not believe the view and when the Scarlett Macaws and the Chestnut Billed Toucans fly into the trees you will think you are in heaven. The road to this property is in excellent condition and they are currently putting down asphalt from Conte to Pilon just 800 meters away from this property. The Golfito airport is only 60 minutes from the lot which allows you to get to San Jose or other cities around Costa Rica. The property is fully titled, has easy access to electricity and water.
