Host Your Own Yoga Retreat in Nicaragua

The Yoga Retreat Center is available to rent to host your own yoga/wellness retreat. Just a short distance from San Juan del Sur is El Ostional is a small, quiet fishing village – just the opposite of the busy SJDS. El Ostional borders a wildlife refuge as is close to Playa Coco which is known for its turtle reserve. The facility is YTTA certified at an Ashtanga teacher training center. They have decided to open the facility for hosts to bring their guests for an unforgettable experience.

Facility:   
The retreat center is situated in a private bay that is surrounded by a nature reserve. This area will never be overbuilt. There are monkeys, birds, an ocean full of sea life, horses and so much more nearby… there’s even a turtle conservation and hatchery. Students and guests can enjoy being close to nature during downtime, in between classes. Yes, there is surf too!

The camp can comfortably accommodate 20 people. All furnishings, buildings and land are included. Two kitchens: indoor and outdoor. Gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, septic tank, water is both well & public. There’s an organic garden that provides much of the camp’s produce. The Yoga Retreat Center is located in a private bay surrounded by a nature reserve. Bring your own chef or hire the resident cook. It’s easy to find fresh organic fruits and vegetables to serve at mealtime.

About the Area
San Juan del Sur

San Juan del Sur is a town on Nicaragua’s southwest coast. It’s known for a string of nearby Pacific beaches, such as Maderas Beach, with its strong-breaking waves, and the quieter Marsella Beach. A towering, contemporary Christ of the Mercy statue stands on a cliff above the bay. Near a creek on the outskirts is an ancient petroglyph. South along the coast, olive ridley turtles breed at La Flor Nature Reserve.
