Becoming a surf real estate agent
The questions agents, brokers and referral partners ask before they join. If yours is not here, add it to your application and we will answer it directly.
To list and represent surf property on International Surf Properties you need an active real estate licence in the market you work. If you are not licensed you can still join as a referral partner: introduce a buyer or seller, we handle the transaction with a licensed partner, and you earn the referral fee.
Nothing to apply and nothing monthly. Creating your ISP account and your public agent profile is free. Paid listing packages and featured placements are optional and priced on our packages page.
ISP pays a 25% referral fee on the commission of every closed transaction you bring to the network. You keep the client relationship and your brokerage keeps its side of the split.
Yes. ISP is not a brokerage and asks for no exclusivity. You keep your licence where it is, keep your listings on your local MLS, and use ISP as an additional surf-specific channel to reach international buyers.
We work with agents and brokers along surf coastlines worldwide — Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Portugal, Indonesia, Fiji, Tahiti and beyond. If your break is not represented yet, that is a good reason to apply.
