Listing with ISP
The questions agents and brokers ask before they post their first listing. Anything else, ask us directly.
No. Creating your agent account, completing your profile and drafting listings is free, with no setup fee and no exclusivity. Publishing a listing takes a plan — from $39 a month — which you choose when your first listing is ready. Plans are monthly or yearly and can be cancelled from your dashboard.
Listings on ISP currently span 26 countries, from Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua and El Salvador to Portugal, Indonesia and the Pacific. We accept listings from any surf coastline — if your market is not on the site yet, your listing becomes its first page.
You do. Every enquiry is emailed to you and appears in your dashboard leads inbox with the buyer’s details and the listing they asked about. ISP does not step between you and your client; you keep the relationship, your commission and your brokerage’s side of the deal.
Listings are created one at a time in the dashboard — about fifteen minutes each with photos, a video link and the details — so there is no bulk import to set up. If you have a large portfolio or an existing listing feed, talk to us before you start and we will discuss the quickest way to get it on the site.
Plans are billed by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. Buyers pay nothing to enquire, and ISP never handles the property transaction itself — the sale, the deposit and the closing stay between you, your client and your brokerage.
