This beautiful acreage is mostly forested with undulating hills that go down to the La Onda creek. At the top where the road access is there are several building and view sites with huge views looking into the Gulf and out to the Talamanca Mountain range in the distance. Located only couple minutes drive down to the beach this property offers convenient access to the tropical shores of Pavones and is only a few minutes drive to town. The owners will entertain subdividing into several smaller tracts as well.
