Sportfishing

Fishing in this area is completely wide open. You can catch snook (robalo) from the beach or find yellowfin tuna, dorado, pargo and more can be foundright inside the Golfo Dulce. Monster fish can be found just outside the gulf. Proof of this can be found from the Zancudo Lodge where over 70 IGFA records have been set.

Zancudo Beaches

Considered by many to be one of the best beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Zancudo is a gorgeous sand beach. It is located around 20 km south of Golfito in the Puntarenas province.
