Sportfishing

Fishing in this area is completely wide open. Yellowfin tuna, dorado, pargo and more can be found right inside the Golfo Dulce with monster fish just outside the gulf. Proof of this can be found with the Zancudo Lodge where over 70 IGFA records have been set, is world-renowned for its inshore and offshore sportfishing action.

Zancudo Beaches

Considered by many to be one of the best beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Zancudo is a gorgeous sand beach located around 20 km south of Golfito in the Puntarenas province.
