Casa Montana in southern Playa Zancudo is a cute 2 story home that sits on the sand with direct ocean views. The backyard spills onto the beach for flowing access to your own sandy beach. The main living space is upstairs and includes two bedrooms with one bathroom. The open floor plan combines the kitchen and living room which opens up to a large deck that overlooks the ocean and your beautiful palm trees.

Downstairs has a separate apartment that is large enough to hold two twin beds with a full bathroom and kitchenette. This space is an income producing unit or can be used as a guest room.

There is a detached garage / bodega next to the house. This allows the owner to house vehicles, ATVs and lots of equipment if needed.

Utilities include electric and city water.
