The house faces the beach with rainforest behind it.  It is constructed open beam with the primary living quarters on 2nd floor.  It is a two bedroom house with a modern kitchen including electric range, refrigerator,  microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crock-pot, etc.  It is also furnished with 2 queen sized beds, cookware, flatware, and dishes, etc.  A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining and living room.  There are 2 full baths, one upstairs and another in the lower level in the utility/laundry room, formerly used as a studio apartment. There is an outside shower as well for cleaning up when coming in from the beach Casa Del Stella has public water electricity a telephone landline and broadband internet. Satellite services like Claro or Sky for US programming are available.
