Casa Stella is a large house at the far southern end of Playa Zancudo. The open floor plan combines the kitchen with the living space creating a nice intimate area for entertaining. The large, upstairs deck overlooks the ocean with private access to the beach.

Move-in ready, this beautiful home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a separate apartment and secure garage. Inside the garage you will find the laundry are with washer and dryer included.

Throughout the house, you will find custom woodwork from a well known, woodworking craftsman with locally sourced wood.

Casa Stella in Playa Zancudo sits on an extra large lot that’s just about an acre in size with 150 feet beach frontage.

Downstairs has a separate one bedroom, one bathroom apartment that is large enough to hold two twin beds with a full bathroom and kitchenette. This space can be an income producing unit or can be used as a guest room.

Utilities include electric and city water.

Zancudo is home to a tight-nit expat community. There are many social activities to take part in, as well as, restaurants/bars and water sports. Playa Zancudo is at the end of a small peninsula with Rio Coto Colorado on one side and the pacific ocean on the other side.
