The peninsula of Playa Zancudo is surrounded by water with the Pacific at its front door and the Rio Coto behind it. The fishing in this area is off the hook. It is a very convenient destination with the Golfito airport servicing local airlines and private jets a 15-minute boat ride away.

Just a short drive down a dirt road is the famous surf mecca, Pavones. Best known for being the Worlds Longest Left: second in the world. Tourists flock to this area to surf this incredible wave.
