Quiet country beach neighborhood! This are has one of the most open swell windows in Central America… theres always surf!! K59 is located on the pacific coastal highway ( carretera el litoral or CA2 ) of El Salvador, 45 minutes from the Comalapa International Airport, being the most safe and modern airport in Central America. K59 is only 50 minutes from San Salvador the Capital of the country. The closest town to K59 is El Puerto de La Libertad which is only 25 minutes away.

What is really good about traveling  to El Salvador, is that flighting out from almost any where in USA it is really easy , from California is 5 hours, Florida 2:30 hours and from the rest of USA no more than 5 hours. Also since Avianca airlines  has direct flights and many schedules  from USA you can surf in the mornings when you arrive early and you can surf the day you leave in the morning and take off in the afternoon. Also currency in El Salvdor is American Dollar.

K59 is a great beach area  and offers powerful right waves with great tubes and fast sections. This point was unknown for many years.

There is also K61, right point break which is only 500 mts (0.31 mile) away from K59 and offers great waves with long rides and barrels. The coastal scenery seen from the water at K59 and K61 is breathtaking.

K59 area is surrounded by beautiful mountains and ancient forest, which makes it great for an enjoyable hiking tour.
