A short drive along a storybook road, set on the side of a hill and overlooking the Gulfo Dulce. This is an adorable house that seems to have jumped right out of a fairytale. Pavones Ocean View Paradise is completely self-contained with water and power. Mature cacao and fruit trees are on the property and with over an acre of land, there is room to build or grow more.
Pavones Ocean View Paradise is a two-story home with a reverse floor plan. The living room and kitchen are upstairs while the bedroom is downstairs. There are two bathrooms in the main house. There’s a studio cabiña on site that can easily be rented out during the high season.
A two-car carport doubles as the laundry room. In addition, there’s a secure bodega for storage. The house is 1200 square feet under roof. The owner is including all furniture and a mint green, 1966 Land Rover. The seller also has a Cacao farm that is over a hectare in size.
Views from the house are of Sawmills, Pilon Point, and Playa Zancudo. The Osa Peninsula is just across the Gulfo Dulce with Matapalo, Backwash and Pan Dulce. It’s easy to charter a water taxi to take you to the Osa for the day.
The famous Pavones Point is only a few miles away. Pavones Ocean View Paradise is within a short drive to all the major surf spots in the area. You can live above it all in Pavones, Costa Rica.

Pavones Costa Rica is located in the Southern Zone – only a few miles away from the Panama border as the crow flies. The area is rich in wildlife and seems to have been left in a time capsule. Raw nature abounds macaws, monkeys, sloths, cows and horses are daily sightings in the area. Pavones is a special place.
Surfers from all over the world flock to Pavones to surf the famous left-hand point. It’s the second-longest in the world, Peru holds the title for being the longest in the world. When the waves are flat, there is plenty to do in the area. Hiking, fishing, SUP and kayaking and extreme hammocking are just a few ways to spend time while not surfing.
