This is a completely private 11.6 acre peninsula. The waters around this peninsula are over 1,200 feet deep.  Humpback whales migrate to this area to give birth.  With its deep water cove and calm waters, this is truly one of nature’s masterpieces.

The property is a great location for many activities, whale and dolphin watching, fisherman’s outpost or surf camp, yoga retreat or private outpost. Fishing in this area of the Golfo Dulce is unmatched with Rio Esquinas next door. The best surf spots in Costa Rica can be easily accessed from the island/ peninsula by boat or car.

Eco Friendly Property

The surrounding area is made up of mostly forested areas that range from mature secondary forest to mature primary tracks that are teaming with wildlife. This is a location zoned eco-friendly low footprint usage under the guidelines of local environmental authorities.

The Property includes the Spot on the Beach + the Peninsula marked on the Plano. Golfito and Puerto Jimenez are about 10 kilometers by boat in either direction. There is common access to the paved road above at Los Mogos.
