Elizabeth "Liz" Habig honed her sales and marketing career in Big Bear, California, where she worked as a marketing and communications specialist for Big Bear Mountain Resorts. There she focused on depicting the amazing experiences guests had on the mountain — building campaigns, capturing storylines, and turning seasonal visitors into return-trip regulars. That mountain-resort lens still shapes how she markets every surf-coast listing at ISP today.

Liz teamed up with Jim Habig in San Clemente, California, where together they formed Habig Homes Inc. They quickly built a niche inside the surf community, serving clients like Marty Hoffman and Matt Archbold — and that grassroots, surfer-to-surfer trust is exactly where the idea for International Surf Properties was born.

Today, Liz brings her full marketing and real estate sales toolkit to ISP — running multi-channel campaigns, mentoring agents, and constantly working on new ways to reach the global surf-real-estate buyer. She makes sure every property gets the audience it deserves and every buyer feels heard.
