Felipe Pomar

Felipe Pomar is the Peruvian big-wave surfer who won the 1965 World Surfing Championship, held at Punta Rocas in his home country. He has held a real estate broker’s license in Hawaii since 1972, created and runs the Malole Surf House on Rote Island in Indonesia, and today is International Surf Properties’ Sales Director for South America and Hawaii.

Felipe is a Big Wave Surf Legend and international real estate expert that has joined ISP to bring his knowledge of the real estate markets and offerings in Central America and Indonesia — to name a few. He has successfully created and run the Malole Surf House on Rote Island for many years and invites you to come along on his journey to "Surf Until You’re 100!"

Pomar is a legendary surfer who has vast experience in real estate. He has held a real estate broker’s license in the state of Hawaii since 1972 and has purchased and sold properties in Australia, Hawaii, Peru, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico and Indonesia.
