Thibaud Dosiere

Thibaud spent every summer of his childhood on the beaches of the French Basque Coast, where his grandparents lived just a short walk from the waves. When he was seven, his mother moved there, and has never left the ocean since. That was the beginning of Thibaud’s lifelong journey in surfing. For more than 45 years, he has chased waves across Spain, Portugal, the Canary Islands, Madeira, Réunion Island, California, Tahiti, and Hawaii.

In his early twenties, he was fortunate to work at Surftoy, one of the Basque Coast’s most respected surfboard workshops. There, he worked alongside internationally known shapers including Steve Boysen, Peter Daniels, Mike Croteau, Phil Grace, and Danny West. That experience deepened his appreciation for craftsmanship, travel, and surf culture.

Life later led Dosiere into graphic design, where he spent 15 years in print and digital communications, including valuable experience at Quiksilver in marketing and brand communication. As the Dosiere family grew, finding the right home to raise his daughters became a priority. Without realizing it, this became the beginning of his real estate career — a path that has brought both professional and personal growth.

Today, Thibaud is excited to combine his lifelong passions for surfing and real estate and bring them to an international level. Mr. Dosiere’s goal is to help people find more than a property — to help them discover a lifestyle centered around the ocean.
