On the southern end of Playa Zancudo you will find two of the largest adjoining lots for sale on the beach. The Huge Zancudo Lots are approximately 100 meters deep providing for over 3200 sq. meters in total lot size. On the lots, you will find open grassy areas and areas with Palms Mango and Almond trees.

Each lot is held by a corporation. All taxes ($135) are paid and up to date. The municipal file is up to date and in order. Each lot is offered with a corporation for $65,000 USD and the owner will consider offers for both lots purchased together.

Playa Zancudo is a very convenient destination with the Golfito airport servicing local airlines and private jets a 15-minute boat ride away.
