The main floor has 2 large bedrooms with ensuites and separate patios.

The upstairs is an open floor plan: kitchen, living room, powder room w/ an oversized patio for your enjoyment. The enormous sliders bring the view to you rain or shine! The outdoor kitchen is the perfect place to hang and salute to your day’s adventures.

Drift Away in Nature

Hours can drift away while watching the monkeys, parrots, toucans, sloths, and birds of all species pass by on their daily routine from the over-sized deck. Which just happens to be the perfect place to take in the spectacular ocean and jungle views.

Dazzle, family, and friends with amazing, home-cooked meals from the fully equipped, modern kitchen or ask for the upgrade to have meals prepared.

The outdoor kitchen is fully furnished and ready for entertaining with a gas grill, sink, electric, ceiling fan, and ring game. Relax in the hammock, lounge chairs, or at the bar. For added convenience, there’s a built-in cell phone charger in the bar!

In the Bodega, there’s a washer and dryer and a surfboard rack. Behind the bodega is one of the outdoor showers and a sink for cleaning the fresh catch of the day.

The property is in the newly developed community of Bella Vista in Pilon on just under 2 acres of lushly landscaped property that are adjacent to a wildlife corridor. Fresh fruits are all over the property. Enjoy picking bananas, plantains, pipas, guanabana, starfruit, and a variety of other seasonal fruits.

Welcome to the Jungalow Bungalow

Another surf rental available on property is this charming, studio-style Bungalow that sleeps 2. has one bathroom, a kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and oven with an additional outdoor shower. Located on the lower lot surrounded by nature, relax and enjoy watching the monkeys and wildlife from the couch inside or while sitting on the over-sized sofa on the patio!

Rent Together or Separate

The homes can be rented together or separately. When rented separately….please be mindful of sharing the washer and dryer, as well as, the surfboard racks. The CocOnut Shakk has the privileges of the outdoor kitchen.

There are two security dogs Bobby and Larry that will greet you every chance they get. They may even hang on the porch with you if you let them. They are part of the security and love treats
