Your journey begins when you enter the private gate to the property. You’ll marvel at the immersian jungle experience from all areas of the house and grounds! You can see monkeys, macaws, toucans, sloths, anteaters, and more. This is an amazing Pavones Surf Rental Property!

This is a charming, studio-style Bungalow that sleeps two (2) with a bathroom, a kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, and oven with an additional outdoor shower. It is super chill with a full-size stainless refrigerator and fully outfitted kitchen with everything you may need; microwave, blender, toaster oven, stovetop and oven and so much more. Located on the lower lot surrounded by nature, relax and enjoy watching the monkeys and wildlife from the couch inside or while sitting on the oversized sofa on the patio!

Drift Away in Nature

Hours can drift away while watching the monkeys, parrots, toucans, sloths, and birds of all species pass by on their daily routine from the full immersion jungle deck. You can find plenty of wildlife here with the colors of the toucans and macaws along with plenty of monkeys and an assortment of other animals.

Dazzle, family, and friends with amazing, home-cooked meals from the fully equipped, modern kitchen or ask for the upgrade to have meals prepared.

Bella Vista

The property is in the newly developed community of Bella Vista in Pilon on just under 2 acres of lushly landscaped property that are adjacent to a wildlife corridor. Fresh fruits are all over the property. Enjoy picking bananas, plantains, pipas, guanabana, starfruit, and a variety of other seasonal fruits.

Just up the hill is this stunning 2 bedroom / 2 Bath Ocean View Villa is offered for only $175 per night.

Rent Together or Separate

The homes can be rented together or separately. When rented separately….please be mindful of sharing the washer and dryer, as well as, the surfboard racks. The Jungalow has the privileges of the outdoor kitchen when the Coconut Shakk is unoccupied.

About the Area

Known as a surfer’s haven, Pavones is a small community located along the southern Pacific Coast. Surrounded by jungle and home to multiple world-class surf breaks. Pavones is also surrounded by diverse wildlife in the lush rainforest nearby. Wildlife is rich, abundant and diverse. The deep jungle meets the coast with an incredible lush tropical landscape. Wildlife abounds with a variety of monkeys including howlers and white-faced, toucans, macaws, sloths and so much more.

Pavones isn’t just another Costa Rica surfer town – this region is home to some of the best, longest waves in the world. This remote village can be a challenge to get to, but as the second-longest left behind Chicama, Peru, the travels may be worth it. When a south-southwest swell comes in, the surf here is fast, intense and the ride can last up to 2 minutes. No joke, Red Bull filmed Robby Naish surfing a wave for 2 minutes 15 seconds and going over 1 km!
