You are taking a trip back in time as you drive down tree-lined dirt roads to crystal clear surf. This is truly a surfer’s dream with clean, warm waters and empty line-ups. As you look out from the beautiful raw land you can look up and down the coast to wide-open spaces, open ocean lines, and great waves.

THE AREA

This area offers a pure surfing lifestyle and culture, most can only dream about. Relive youthful days where discovery and adventure were a part of daily life. Although located a mere 50 kilometers from the Zihuatanejo / Ixtapa Airport and a few miles up from Trancones, it feels like a world away. There are no tourist or commercial developments to be seen. It is truly a secret and anyone that has visited here knows they have stumbled upon a very special place indeed.

AVAILABLE OPTIONS

There are several areas in which to purchase a lot or a home;

• Palo Alto / Rancho Del Mar with its own cobblestone beach in front of two A-frame breaks in perfect view. These breaks are mostly empty as other surfers must boat in to share your waves. With very few homes and no real local surfers in the area, resident surfers have been known to say it would be nice to have someone to surf with!
  Casa Palo Alto / Casa Pilucha (off market) / Lots 9 & 10 (SOLD) / Rancho Del Mar are available.
• The Ranch (El Rancho) area with a sweeping point that offers long rides on semi-hollow waves. The point can hold big south swells and is anchored by an amazing thatched hut restaurant, Julias where surfers can watch waves while enjoying the best juevos rancheros known to man and an ice cold beer. The lifestyle at the ranch is extremely laid back and we want to keep it that way!
  Ranch Middle Lot /  Ranch Lots Playa Capire / Ranch Beach Lots
• El Roble is the small village at the entrance to this surf rich region and where the first gringos built their homes. This is where the first gringos in the area built there homes and currently where the ISP field office sits. There are are very few homes and lots but we have a small inventory available for the right clients.

RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT

The intent of International Surf Properties is to be a driving force for responsible development. We as surfers enjoying this unspoiled area of Mexico and want to preserve the natural habitat, remote feel, and un-crowded lineups in this area. The families that own the land will be selling it off through the coming years. It is our responsibility to help them slow or under-develop the area that is so special and different from any other surf destination developments on the coast of Mexico.
