The community is anchored by the La Jolla Nicaragua Fish and Surf Resort, a 20-room hotel complex including, full-service Restaurant and Bar, Sunset Sky Bar, Yoga Pavilion and Conference Center, Spa, and Administration Facilities.

The poolside suites or bungalows are made up of 2 separate buildings. Each has 2, 2 bedroom efficiencies with fully equipped kitchens. These are easily separated into a total 8 rooms by locking the adjoining doors. Rooms are equipped with wifi, satellite TV and super premium a/c, beds and pillows. Each of the 2 buildings that make up the poolside suites each at 1800 sq. ft. totaling 3,600 sq. ft.

Bar & Restaurant

The menu was designed by the executive chef of The Contempo and the La Jolla restaurant has a solid reputation for great food. The commercial kitchen can handle a large volume of business including weddings, yoga, and corporate retreats. The La Jolla Bar & Restaurant serves guests, homeowners, and walk-in patrons.
