Tucked in the central coast of Mainland Mexico is a special place. The Ranch or El Ranch0 is off the beaten path and still holds much of the lightly discovered feel with only a few houses and an epic left hand point break.

Truly a surfer’s dream with clean, warm waters and empty line-ups. As you look out from the beautiful raw land you can look up and down the coast to wide open spaces, open ocean lines and great waves.

The cliff lots have just a few homes as neighbors. Still reasonably priced with a short walk to the point and endless opportunities for a Surf House and/or AirBnB.

Neighborhood

The small community of El Roble is a quaint and quiet Mexico village and the entry to the Ranch area below. El Roble is only 60 minutes from the airport of Zihuatanejo / Ixtapa and the improved road is a dream drive to the small town where you go on a finely maintained dirt road to the gated entry to Palo Alto.
