John Vosseler

John was born in Coronado, California, into a military family that instilled in him a love of travel and adventure from an early age. During two extended stays in Puerto Rico, he developed a passion for surfing, diving, fishing, and the ocean that has shaped his life ever since.

For more than 40 years, John has explored the coastlines of Mexico and Central America, surfing and discovering many of the region’s most beautiful beaches, hidden surf breaks, and coastal communities. His firsthand knowledge of these destinations, combined with a lifelong appreciation for the ocean lifestyle, naturally led him into coastal real estate.

Now based in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, John has spent the past four years helping buyers navigate one of Mexico’s most desirable beach markets. He is known for his attention to detail, honest communication, and commitment to understanding each client’s unique goals. Whether helping clients find a beachfront home, a surf retreat, or an investment property, John takes pride in making the buying process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
