About This Break
Known locally around the Taotai Pass and often referred to by surfers as Club Med, this northwest Moorea setup offers waves on both sides of the pass. The area receives north and northwest groundswells, with southerly winds producing clean conditions. The reef setup can become powerful and technical, making Club Med much better suited to experienced surfers comfortable navigating shallow tropical reefs.
